Our History

Pacific Commercial originates from a property development group Pacific Capital, which had property investments in Singapore, Fuzhou, Bejing and Hong Kong. At the time of its inception in 1993, Pacific Commercial was related to Pacific Electric Wire & Cable. It was instrumental in the acquisition of South Horizons Commercial Centres from Hutchsion Whampoa and was responsible for the overall launching of Marina Square and Marina Square East Centre in 1994.

A group of its young and entrepreneurial executives made a management buyout of Pacific Commercial on 1st July 1996, thus making it officially an independent company with business interests in property and management services.

Since the management buyout, Pacific Commercial has expanded its services scope into retail consultancy and asset management providing services to Hong Kong Housing Authority and Hong Kong Housing Society as well as developers and shopping mall owners.
