Apart from the various operating units, the group is comprised of two tiers: Pacific Commercial Holdings Limited focusing in strategic investments and Pacific Commercial Company Limited, Pacific Commercial Management Limited and Tai Ping Market Management Limited on retail, shopping centre management and market hall management businesses.
